MRT Corp: Pls don't Underestimate Communications

Found the fare table on it website. Much better color scheme.

Really frustrating that the MRT cannot communicate the fares properly.

No printed or web materials 6 days before the free rides end. Only a poorly printed "cashless" fare table (above) pinned at the station with bad color scheme. I want to believe these are teething infancy operational issues.

Results. Very dissatisfied potential customers.

Lesson. Communications and customer engagement should not be taken lightly.
