Addressing the Rohingya Issue: One Perspective

Spent Sunday morning attending the Launching of the International Year of Solidarity with the Rohingya.

It's a serious issue. People are being killed, villages burnt and great suffering is happening.  Immediate action needs to be taken, glad to see ASEAN starting to take some action.

It is recognized that this *not* is a religious issue. ‎However, the we see very little visible support from the broader communities.  We must change that. We must change the narrative and message it as a human rights and social justice issue.

The Rohingya issue, cannot and should not be taken advantaged of or be taken as political mileage by other countries. The exploitation of their plight too, must stop.
