A Prayer to Start the Year

Starting the work year today with the background of the aftermath of the Istanbul attack. Closer home, the continued violence on the Rohingya people, war in the northern Shan and Kachin states. Much closer home, floods in the East coast of the Malaysian Peninsula while moving towards an uncertain economic situation ahead.

A reminded that dukkha still exists, much work needs to be done.

A positive and determined mind is needed, and that's what we will have.

May I be well, may all being be well. May all being be free from all dukkha.

A Prayer for Nepal

I would like to express our deepest condolences and compassion for all of those who lost their lives in the Earthquake in Nepal.

We continue to pray and raise support for those struggling with the post-quake crisis.

May all beings be free from suffering.
