Looks
like an ordinary temple meeting, but it's not. A group of dynamic community
members in Myanmar, some 5 years ago started credit unions offering saving
facilities and micro finance to the community members. This help them build
their businesses and ride through difficult times. Profits from this enterprise
is going into education funds, medical aid, general community needs and even
refugee support.
I am
honour to be able offer thoughts and strategic views to move forward to be
drivers for sustainable development and social change.
