Dear Tan Sri, The idea is good for having NS but some of the management of camps are not properly professionally managed.I had my son sent to Kerteh camp 2 years ago,i dont believe my eyes what i saw.Place was filthy and the management hasnt got a clue on hygiene since they are located at kampong area. I would suggest NS look at HACCP(hazard analysis critical control point)programme on hygiene part of handling food and also personal hygiene.I will like to help out since i have the experience in this area.
